Ever since Honda made the announcement on the All-New 2017 CRF450R and that it would have an available OEM Electric Start Kit available for it people have been anxiously awaiting Honda to release the fine details when it comes to pricing etc. Well, today is the day!
Honda hasn’t released all of the information just yet as we’re still waiting on the details for the actual battery that goes to the electric start system but other than that we have all of the information we need. You’ll also see the information regarding prices and release dates on the HRC Tuner Program for the 17′ CRF450R / CRF450RX below.

What do you guys think about the pricing on the Electric Start Kit for the 2017 CRF450R? Now that you know you have to spend $800+ to add the Electric Start option to your 17′ CRF450R, does it make you more inclined to go with the 17′ CRF450RX since it is only $400 more than the CRF-R?
