There’s a lot of hype and rumors floating around about the possible All New 2017 CBR1000RR… 99% of the information floating around right is way off base as is this rendering from the famous Japanese magazine called “Young Machine” for their March 2016 cover. That’s not to say we can’t hope and wish that the production version of the 2017 CBR1000RR won’t include some of the styling details of the renderings that are starting to release. Another possible 2017 CBR sport bike that is getting a lot of interest right now is the 2017 CBR250RR and you’ll see it pictured in the March 2016 magazine cover below. Honda is very good at keeping information tight-lipped but as the months pass we’ll be getting closer to that time when we might see patents filed that could give us an insight to the details and or spy photos of the 2017 CBR1000RR in action etc. It should be an interesting year…

The rendering looks great, but I seriously doubt it will look anything as aggressive as this……
I think the front suspension won’t be such a high spec either, it will probably have Showa’s new balance free stuff on it, not to say that they are low spec but I think it will make it more affordable. Reading the tests on the new ZX10 with the balance free stuff on it, that suspension is very trick and the front forks look great!
I really hope Honda knock this one out the park though, as they have left it for to long with the old Blade and they need some more excitement in the showrooms….maybe an SP version to add to the specialty…..
The bike I’m more interested in is the rumored new 1000 V4 RVF that they may race in WSBK…….I really hope that bike becomes a reality, it is very frustrating that Honda don’t have bikes like this anymore ie. the RC30/45/51…..the RC213V-S is awesome but lets be honest, that is unobtainable and is more for show than actual riding……..
