Today, we’re taking a closer look at another custom Honda Monkey 125 built by Wayne Strickland at The Speed Shop in Villa Rica, GA. This retro styled Monkey 125 build is a tribute to the vintage, old-school Honda Z50 and I think they absolutely nailed it! The custom paint on this orange Honda Monkey 125 was done by Curt at NationalSuperBike.com and the vintage Honda logo paired up with that, really drives home the theme Bud over at Jou Fuu Leather Craft was aiming for when coming up with this build.
It’s not all about “looks” though with this Monkey 125 as it’s sporting a 186cc billet big bore kit from Gromfatherz and a ported Koso 4v head! Paired up with ALL of the carbon you could ever ask for, including a set of BST carbon fiber wheels that just add to the madness when paired up with full Ohlins suspension, an Over Racing titanium exhaust and the list keeps going!
