* Disclaimer: I was curious if the older Honda tops would work with the new windshields etc so I made a call to Honda’s parts division and they stated that the old Honda windshields will not work with the new hard tops and vice versa. I’m still working to find official documentation that states it so we’re 100% sure.

2-piece Poly Windscreens / Windshields

All new bracketry increases the opening by nearly 67% (wider 7.25″ opening) which results in a significant increase in airflow into the cabin and improved comfort when it’s hot out on the trail.
New overlap profile provides improved sealing.
Mounting clamp re-positioned for improved sealing along A-pillar.
Longer swingarm allows for wider opening.

Vented Full Poly Windscreens / Windshields

Honda’s new Full Poly Windshields for the Pioneer 1000 get new adjustable driver and passenger vents for improved sealing.
Occupants can adjust the amount of outside airflow to their individual comfort levels.
Mounting clamp re-positioned for improved sealing along A-pillar.

Glass Windshield

The Glass windshield gets a complete redesign with new modern styling that’s nearly 22% larger.
The field of view has increased in size from 1019 to 1238 sq. inches which increases visibility and improved sight lines.

Pioneer 1000 Hard Front Doors

Honda’s new Hard Front Doors for the Pioneer 1000 model lineup feature improvements to door deals, window operation and door fit for increased comfort from the elements.
New gray interior color brightens the inside of the cab for better interior visibility.
Interior door panel features new “soft touch” material for a premium feel.
B-pillar gets revised hinges that are welded which helps shorten installation time while improving fit.
Redesigned and simplified window track regulator is lighter with reduced operating friction.
Three new rubber seals create smooth transitions to the door seal area.
Improved window sealing in closed position with new plate and seal design.

Right out of the box you can tell these updated Pioneer 1000 and 1000-5 Hard Roofs are different.
Now with factory pre-installed clamps, installation time is significantly reduced.
Available with a new Gray interior color that really helps bright up the inside of the cab.

Pioneer 1000 & 1000-5 Hard Rear Panel & Mid / Rear Panels

Now available with Black on the outside and new Gray on the interior.
Both Pioneer 1000 and Pioneer 1000-5 Hard Rear Panels available with a new Gray interior color that integrates with Honda Accessory Gray / Black Hard Roofs and Gray / Black Hard Doors for a brighter cab and improved interior visibility.
Improved sealing includes a Rear Rubber Closeout and Compression Gaskets.
New compression rubber gaskets in the upper corners help reduce air leaks.

New rubber closeout is designed to go between the seat and lower portion of the rear panel to improve sealing from the elements.
