– NEW Honda CB350 RS Cafe Racer Motorcycle Announced with Specs, Pictures & Videos but is it scheduled to release in the USA soon? –
Another new motorcycle was just announced from Honda, the CB350 RS! (side note, this isn’t what I was hinting about on Facebook yesterday) Don’t get too excited yet though as this isn’t a new 2022 motorcycle announcement for the USA yet with the CB350RS. This model was just announced by Honda in India. Do you remember the Honda CB350 H’ness (pictured directly below) that we talked about last year that was announced for India? If not, Click Here. Fast forward to a few weeks ago and we had an update on the CB350 that I talked about here, where Honda of Japan decided to pick up that model from India and is calling it the new Honda GB350.

What does all of that mean? It means that Honda is working on spreading these models to new corners of the world and they aren’t just going to be offered up for sale in India. Does that mean the CB350 RS could be coming to the USA for the 2022 motorcycle lineup? It’s a possibility as with many models, countless models, they are up for grabs in other countries around the globe before they make it here. Also, if the “hype” is real so-to-say and people go ham over a certain model – it can be quite convincing to the big wigs at a certain manufacturer to persuade them that they need to consider pulling enough strings to bring it to said location. It’s happened before but will it happen again?

TWO-TONE FUEL TANK
The strikingly good-looking two-tone fuel tank sports the Honda badge, a perfect blend of the CB legacy and futuristic design.
FUEL TANK PIN-STRIPING
The pin-striping adds yet another dimension to this aesthetically crafted fuel tank on the Honda CB350RS.
LED HEADLIGHT AND TAIL LIGHT WITH EYE-SHAPED LED SIGNALS
Exclusively designed round-shaped LED Headlamp, further complimented by LED turn signals that are paired up with an LED tail light too.
SPORTY GRAB RAIL
Even the smallest parts of this motorcycle has been designed keeping in mind the sporty nature of it, and the grab rail is no different, in sync with the overall appeal of a modern roadster.
TUCK & ROLL SEAT
A comfortable seat is of the utmost importance to have on your ride and the tuck and roll design is exactly what you need, providing superior cushioning to make your daily rides more comfortable.
RIDING POSITION
The riding position is crucial. Keeping that in mind, the Honda CB350RS has an aggressive yet comfortable riding stance.
BLACK SMOKED FRONT & REAR FENDER
The sporty front and rear fender makes the motorcycle lighter, while the smoked black finish maintains the sporty look imbibed into its design.
FRONT FORK BOOTS
Going with the modern roadster look, the Fork Boots on the Front Suspension lends a truly rugged look to the motorcycle.
SKID PLATE
The skid plate provides extra protection for the engine.
350cc ENGINE
It is impossible to decide where your story would take you, but how you get there is up to you. This is where the new 350 cc Air Cooled, 4 Stroke OHC single cylinder engine from Honda comes in, providing smooth acceleration without vibration across the rpm band, ensuring a smooth ride wherever your destination is.
ASSIST AND SLIPPER CLUTCH
The assist function makes sure that the clutch lever has lesser load, and the slipper function reduces unpleasant shocks caused by sudden engine braking when downshifting, ensuring less fatigue and more comfort during a variety of rides that involve frequent shifting.
MAIN SHAFT COAXIAL BALANCER
Honda CB350RS uses a weight that has been added on the main shaft located in the rear of cylinder to balance the position and mass with the balancer shaft located in the front of the cylinder to eliminate vibrations.
ROARING EXHAUST NOTE
The exhaust system carries a large tail pipe of 45mm to optimize balance with muffler capacity, producing a bold low-pitched sound. Also, a single one-chamber structure has been adopted in the expansion chamber, giving sharpness to the sound of the exhaust. It emits a rich exhaust note with a lot of thump.
The muffler is finished in a Smoked Black color with chrome accents, which are on a double layer structure to ensure prevention from thermal discoloration and provides a long life to the overall visual appeal of the motorcycle.
DUAL CHANNEL ABS
Stay in control no matter where your story takes you, with the Dual Channel ABS on this motorcycle. It prevents wheels from locking up when brakes are applied in an emergency situation or on slippery roads, helping you keep the motorcycle in control at all times.
HONDA SELECTABLE TORQUE CONTROL (HSTC)
The Honda CB350RS is equipped with a torque control system that supports the mitigation of rear wheel slip caused by abrupt throttle grip operations, providing you a sense of security while riding in different conditions. There is also an option to turn the system off with a simple button.
ADVANCED DIGITAL ANALOG GAUGE DISPLAY
Honda CB350RS sports an instrument panel that is both heritage-inspired as well as advanced, delivering all the intelligent information you need to go further on your ride. Its display is integrated with all the necessary information such as Torque control, ABS, Side stand indicator, mileage indicators, gear position indicator and distance to empty indicator. It also has a battery voltage meter so you don’t have to worry about if your battery might be drained before heading out on a ride. The display brightness can be manually adjusted as per convenience at 5 preset levels.
HALF DUPLEX CRADLE FRAME
The half-duplex cradle frame was made in steel for a soft steering feel. The load allocated to the front is optimized by mounting the engine at low position to lower the center of gravity, which immensely impacts the overall riding feel and maneuverability / handling of the motorcycle.
WIDER REAR 150/70-17 PATTERN TIRE
The rear wheel along with 150mm pattern tires provide the motorcycle with a lowered rear stance, excellent riding stability on uneven roads and an improved overall grip wrapped around alloy wheels.

What do you guys think about the new Honda CB350 RS? Would you like to see Honda offer this for sale in America, Europe, Canada etc? Personally, I’m all for it! Is this my type of bike? One that I would purchase for myself? No, not really but that doesn’t mean I don’t like what they’re doing with it. I like the styling, I think they could have done some things differently in the styling department and in the weight department with using different materials to save weight (but then the price would be higher) but all-around, they did a great job on it and I think we need the CB350 RS for sale here in the USA. As long as it’s priced competitively, I think these would do very well for themselves when you compare it against other bikes on the market for 2021-2022 that are in this segment. Honda has nothing here like it and haven’t since when? I think it’s time for American Honda to give these a go and offer the CB350 RS for sale in the USA….
