– New Honda TRZ ATV / UTV / SxS Models Coming…? –

Today we’re taking a look at the latest, new 2024 Honda ATV News but… it could also be related to Honda Side by Side / UTV / SxS models too, although doubtful. Why? Well, let’s dive into it below:

 

So yeah, it makes more sense for the new Honda TRZ model lineup to come into play with ATVs due to Honda’s existing TRX ATV models. Could we see a new lineup of the Rancher TRX420, Foreman TRX520, Rubicon TRX520 and Rincon TRX680 models that are more performance driven to compete against the higher horsepower models from Polaris, Can-Am, Suzuki, Yamaha and Kawasaki? Or will Honda keep the existing TRX utility ATV models and the TRZ will be set aside for a new performance oriented Rincon 1000? Since the Rincon is missing from the 2024 ATV model lineup from Honda that’s already been announced…

The TRZ could also be Honda’s naming scheme for their first electric ATV models but one would think, they’d pick a different letter scheme – right? You’d think Honda would find a way to throw an “E” in there, like everyone else does. Honda rolled out their first electric Pioneer side by side (below) and electric ATV concept models (3E-D18 above) back in 2018 at CES, as you can see below and it’s only a matter of time before we start to see more and more new electric Honda powersports models introduced, based off of Honda’s timelines that we have discussed in past videos.

Another possibility is Honda reviving their sport ATV model lineup! Could there be a new lineup of sport ATV / Quads as a “new” TRX450R, TRX400X and so on? It’s a slim possibility but the naming scheme could make sense with a TRZ450R etc. However, one could say – why would they change it up and go from a TRX to a TRZ for the sole reason of bringing back sport ATV models into the lineup when they could’ve just stuck with the TRX but then again, you could say that about everything that we’re speculating on.

Speaking of slim possibilities, what are the odds that the TRZ name could be used for a single seater “side by side” of the Talon? As a throwback to the old FL400 Pilot and Odyssey models from back in the day… Similar to the Polaris RZR RS1 and ACE models.
