– New Motorcycle & Scooter Production Delays = Suspended Orders! ATV / UTV Models, Next? –
Well, as if we haven’t had enough bad news over the last couple of years with production delays for motorcycles, scooters, ATVs, Side by Side / UTV models etc – we’re nowhere near the end of it all!
Why do I say that? Well, Honda just released a couple of press releases where they announced that they’re suspending orders for 10 models. Let’s dive into it all below…
So, yeah… We’re nowhere near the end of this mess that’s been caused by the pandemic. Powersports dealers are already struggling thanks to the limited amount of new units being delivered by manufacturers and this is a huge sign that 2023 isn’t going to look that much better. Sadly, I think we’re going to continue seeing used prices skyrocket on select motorcycle, ATV, UTV and scooter models among other side effects from all of this. The future isn’t looking too pretty, that’s for sure… We need some sort of normalcy ASAP, before even more businesses end up closing their doors!
